How to access NTFS partition from linux

Ever Used Linux... ?

If yes then.... you should have faced difficulty in accessing NTFS drives.....So here is what i am going to tell you...!

Wen need two applications namely.. a)ntfs-3g  and b)fuse

Get ntfs-3g from here

http://www.ntfs-3g.org/index.html

andGet fuse from here
http://fuse.sourceforge.net

Steps:

1.Boot in Linux.... as Root

2.install ntfs-3g and fuse

3.mount using:
mount -t ntfs-3g /dev/sdx1 /mnt

local download file:
ntfs-3g-1.2412.tgz
fuse-2.7.3.tar.gz
